Government Polytechnic Institute (Boys) Landhi, Karachi is working under the aegis of Sindh Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA), Government of Sindh.

GPI (Boys) Landhi is currently offering 3-Years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Textile Dyeing & Printing, Petroleum, C.I.T and Software technologies affiliated with Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE), Karachi.

There are two well-equipped lab are trained on of computers, Students computer based practical for bright future. In Pakistan, tremendous efforts are being made, To expedite the Computer Information Technology revolution.

Software Technology

This course teaches students the skills necessary to design and develop user-friendly software. In addition to the development of software, students will learn how to test, troubleshoot and maintain programs. Problem-solving and communication skills will be taught as well.

Civil Technology

Civil department was started in 2007 in Evening shift under Self Help Base Program. Late on, it was also offered in Morning Regular Program in 2009. The Lab of Civil department is fully equipped with the necessary equipment’s, tolls, accessories etc.

Mechanical Technology

Mechanical technology. Was started in 2007 under Self Help Base Program in Evening shift and it was also introduced in Morning shift Program in 2008. The workshop has a big capacity to perform the practical’s of related technical subjects of metal and wooden materials. The shop is. Highly equipped with the machines, tools, apparatus and material.

Electrical Technology

Electrical Department / Lab was established in 2007, which the Electrical technology was started in Evenings shift under Self Help Base Program, It was started 2009, it was offered in Morning shift Program.
